Each piece at Golden Ratio Gallery is unique — crafted, collected, or curated as a one-of-a-kind work of art. Because of this, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed.

We cannot offer refunds, replacements, or credits for:

• Minor variations in color, texture, or finish — these are natural characteristics of handmade and vintage items

• Items reported as damaged after 7 days of delivery

• Lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed
